Learn to make a variety of artisanal plant-based cheeses that delight the senses and are good for you, good for the Earth, and good for all Lifekind.

The Saturday class offers a more comprehensive exposure to all of the processes for making cultured nut cheeses. The Tuesday class is shorter. With a donation of at least $20, take home a small culturing cheese in a ceramic cheese mold.
