Filmed at night from Tel Aviv rooftops as the city carries on below, this documentary examines the systems Israel used to select targets and approve strikes that killed civilians in Gaza after 7 October 2023. The title comes from an abbreviation of a military acronym for expected collateral damage (civilian deaths) in a strike. From the directors of No Other Land, the film received a record-breaking 25-minute standing ovation at its premiere at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival on September 10.
