As participants are m oving towards the streets\, after the brief speeches at the courthouse ste ps and dropping off ballots\, we plan to station ourselves at the four cor ners of Water St. & Ocean St. and walk across the intersections as the lig hts change. WIth Merritt's expertise a simple\, choreographed march and ch ant has been developed.
