DESCRIPTION:Join Seabright neighborhood's first-ever 4th of July parade to 
 celebrate Independence Day and the neighborhood's local character. The fre
 e public parade\, at 10-11 a.m.\, runs along East Cliff Drive\, concluding
  at the intersection of Seabright Avenue and Murray Street. Featured will 
 be local organizations\, live musical groups\, themed floats and costumed 
 participants.\n\nOrganizers are actively seeking participants and voluntee
 rs to make this inaugural event a success. Local groups\, musicians\, neig
 hborhood blocks\, and individuals are invited to march\, build a float\, o
 r perform — applications are available online: santacruz4thofjuly-partic
 ipant-app.netlify.app. \n\nVolunteers are also needed to assist with stagi
