The Climate Resilience Study aims to develop climate-resilient concepts for four of the most vulnerable sections of the SCBRL corridor (Capitola Bluffs, La Selva/Manresa Bluffs, Harkins Slough Rail Crossing and Pajaro River Rail Bridge).
