Homeless Garden Project will be hosting An Evening of Hope: A Film & Panel Discussion. The event will begin by screening National Geographic's 2021 Emmy-nominated documentary on Jane Goodall, "The Hope." Goodall defines hope as action, much more than a feeling or a passive experience. Hope is fundamental to the change and transformation that Homeless Garden Project experiences almost every day — in people and on the farm.

Following the film will be a discussion from a current trainee of the program about their experience as well as a broad selection of other community members and leaders, such as noted author Jonathan Franzen, about the role of hope in their lives.
