Join us for Weeding for the Watershed — a fun day where we can give back to the beautiful environment that makes Santa Cruz so iconic!

The Watershed Stewards Program is excited to see you at their event! We will be working with the Coastal Watershed Council to remove invasive plants and mulch young native plants along the Southern bank of the San Lorenzo River. We will start with a brief introduction on why this work is important and why your help is so valuable, and move into about 3 hours of restoration work, before having a small closing to thank you all.

Snacks will be provided during the event. This event will be taking place, rain or shine!
