This training will teach you how to verify ICE activity in our community, and how to utilize Legal Observation skills to protect the rights of people being questioned, arrested, or

detained. You can use this training as an individual if you see ICE in your neighborhood or while involved in your daily community activities. If you wish, this is also the official training

that would qualify you to join the YARR county wide system of Rapid Responders.

As a YARR member you could join their group patrols around schools to ensure that parents dropping off or picking the children are alerted if ICE is suddenly present; join those who

observe in areas where Day Laborers congregate such as San Lorenzo Lumber and Home Depot; join those who provide observation and alert at special Latino events, join with those

who are doing Roving Patrols (driving) through vulnerable areas such as Beach Flats; or join those or who are stationed and key vehicle entry areas through which ICE would need passthrough enter into our communities.
