Join Eat for the Earth as we learn about fats and their role in health from Food for Life instructor Sandi Rechenmacher. After the presentation, Sandi will demonstrate a delicious healthy dish and provide samples. No meal will be served; you are welcome to bring your own dinner and eat during the class.
