We plan to prune willows, prepare spaces around burn piles, weed around native plants, and possibly do some planting (willows, yarrow, rush) if time allows. This event will be centered around tending to plants we have planted in past weed em outs and to the already established native plants in Cascade Creek. Linh Vuong, the chef at Pie Ranch, will be preparing a lunch for us to share that will include vegetarian/vegan/GF options.

9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Circle up and orient to the day and project

9:15 - 12:00 PM: Walk to creek and begin workday

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch (vegetarian/vegan/GF free options).

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Return to work site and continue pruning, weeding, and planting
