This 45th annual festival features booths, arts and crafts, live music and dance, super heroes Monarch Man and Monarch Woman, cake, hand cranked ice cream, poetry, hand painting, and more! Bring a picnic or choose from one of our food vendors. This event is free to attend and vehicle day-use parking is $10.
