The Capitola City Council Council will vote on whether to approve the Rail Trail project from Depot Hill to New Brighton State Beach. Show up in your FORT t-shirt and show the council that we want the trail. We also need 5 volunteers to arrive early and give away FORT t-shirts to our supporters before the meeting.
