• A five-minute international award-winning film "A Dark Future"

addresses the impact of light pollution on humans and wildlife.

Saratoga High School senior and producer, Riley Adler will

introduce the film.

• A stunning visual presentation on the impacts of light from

astronomy educator, Andy Kreyche, including a demonstration of

different light fixtures and their impact on light pollution.

• A progress report from DarkSky Santa Cruz towards the adoption

of a Lighting Ordinance in the City of Santa Cruz.

• Refreshments and conversation after the presentations.
