Join us to learn how to defend California's landmark Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) rule that will phase out polluting diesel commercial trucks and replace them with zero-emission vehicles. This rule is being challenged in court, and unless the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grants California a waiver, the state can't implement these vitally-needed protections to clean up our air and stabilize our climate—and other states won't be able to adopt California's stricter standards.

The EPA will hold an online public hearing on August 14 to consider whether to grant California a waiver to implement the ACF rule. Opponents will be very vocal, so we need YOU to speak up to defend our right to protect our air, health, and climate from harmful diesel exhaust.
