County staff are hosting a community meeting to educate the public about Senate Bill 9 (Atkins), and the ordinance they have proposed to implement it, on Wednesday, June 12 at 6:00 PM.

The bill makes it possible to split a parcel in a single-family neighborhood and build up to four homes on it. Parking required is between zero and one space for each unit. The setbacks from adjacent properties is a mere four feet.
