Volunteer and enjoy the scenic Lighthouse Field State Beach by participating in their monthly workdays on the first Saturday of the month. Activities include removing non-native vegetation like ice plant and Himalayan blackberry using hand tools such as loppers, shovels, and clippers. Bring a refillable water bottle, sun protection, and work gloves if possible, and wear closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, and pants to avoid contact with poison oak.To sign up, visit Link, Please carpool as parking is limited.
