Eat for the Earth is doing a nutrition education and plant-based diet immersion program in English, collaborating with Natural Remedies and Nutritional Healing, a Watsonville health and fitness group. Following the example of their annual diabetes reversal program, we will be adding five full sessions of additional nutrition education, food prep demos, food samplings, and community connection.

We are excited to be offering this much education in conjunction with biometric testing, immersion into a whole food plant-based diet, tools, encouragement, and support.

The program is free, but we do invite optional donations of $20 per participant to help offset the cost of testing supplies. Learn more and register on our website.
