The address is 155 Dubois St. which is next door to Kirby School (seen on the right in attached picture) on Encinal St. The building is located behind the 165 Dubois St. building Anatometal. We'll be on the roof under the blue awning.

The best way to enter is through the side door where the smaller blue awning is.

Park anywhere in front of the building or along the fence.

This is a covered rooftop area - no bar or restaurant. So BYOB and there will be a BBQ if you want to bring anything.
