Whatever your circumstances, we feel that taking a moment to connect and meditate with others is good medicine for overall health and wellness. Novasutras, in collaboration with The Global Regeneration CoLab (GRC) and the Deep Transformation Network - other peer support communities for regenerative change-makers - are hosting a global monthly meditation on the second Wednesday of each month. Come join virtually and meditate together with like- and unlike-minded friends. We will take the first 10 minutes to arrive and settle in. Then the meditation will start at 10 minutes after the hour, and go for 20-30 minutes. The meditations are hosted by Michelle, or by a community member from the Global Regeneration CoLab(GRC) and/or the Deep Transformation Network. All instructions and guidance are optional, however, please remain silent during the meditation. There is an opportunity to stay and chat after the meditation.
