Have you lost your insurance because you lost your job due to Covid19? or ....... Has your insurance company refused to cover the care you needed, despite the hours and hours you and your doctor spent arguing with them? Have you received a massive surprise bill because your care provider unexpectedly turned out to be out-of-network? Virtually all of us have stories to tell, and this is an opportunity to tell our stories, hear from others, and talk about the real solution: CalCare, Assembly Bill 1400, the California State version of Medicare for All. If you have a particularly poignant story to tell, we're looking for several people to plan to start us out sharing for five minutes or so each. This is a Covid-safe event where we will gather in our cars and share virtually. Please decorate your car in advance if you wish, and we will have CalCare placards and flags to pass out. Please wear a mask if you are out of your vehicle.
