Slow Money Monterey Bay in collaboration with The Live Oak Grange and Slow Food would like to invite you to meet Slow Money founder Woody Tasch!
Woody will be in town to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of Slow Money Monterey Bay & will be talking about his journey and vision for Slow Money and his book SOIL, about bringing money back down to earth. Woody's books SOIL and Slow Money will be available for purchase & signing.
We will also be hosting an entrepreneur showcase with some exciting new small business ventures focused on growing our sustainable local economy! This will be an inspiring evening of community networking that addresses building healthy social justice systems that support our most basic human needs.
The event is FREE. Donation to the Grange Remodel Fund is appreciated! Doors open at 5:30 with food & drink provided by Wild Plum Cafe.
