The introductory two-day workshop is based on the philosophy and methodology of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Gandhi, Dolores Huerta, and other nonviolent leaders. Trainers Drew Glover, Peter Klotz-Chamberlin will lead participants in discussion and analysis surrounding different types and levels of conflict, the different forms of violence, and the "will and the skill" of nonviolence with ways to incorporate the principles as a way of life for peace and justice.
