Description:
A free conference on social equity in our transportation choices, safe bicycling and walking, public transit for all, affordable housing & transportation.

Speakers include Elizabeth Deakin (UCB Emerita Professor of City & Regional Planning), Cathy DeLuca (Policy & Program Director of Walk San Francisco), Janneke Straus (Director of Bike Santa Cruz County), Theresia Rogerson (Coordinator of Vision Zero Santa Cruz County), Barrow Emerson (Planning & Development Manager of Santa Cruz Metro), Eduardo Montesino (President of United Transport Union), Adam Ball (Professor of Environmental Studies at UCSC), and others.

9:30am Coffee & snacks

12:30pm-1:30pm Lunch & strategy groups ($10 lunch prepaid by registration online; Cabrillo students free).
