Why is parking an issue?

The Campaign for Sensible Transportation invites you to hear Adam Millard-Ball, UCSC Professor of Environmental Studies, discuss how cities can use parking policy to shape better transportation instead of reinforcing dependency on the single auto. Millard-Ball will discuss finding from his study "Assessing the Impacts of San Francisco's Parking Pricing Experiment".

The Campaign for Sensible Transportation is working to persuade the City of Santa Cruz to solve the downtown parking problem with commuter benefits for downtown employees instead of building another expensive parking garage on the Farmers Market site.
